ST. CHARLES, Mo. — Several middle school students in St. Charles County are being treated for non-life-threatening injuries after a trash truck backed into their school bus.
The crash happened Wednesday morning. Students were on their way to Hardin Middle School in the St. Charles School District. Authorities say the truck struck the side of the bus.
The exact number of injured students was not immediately released. Students who were not hurt were taken to school on a different bus.
