INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. — A civilian medic was injured early Monday morning in a house fire.
WISH reported that firefighters were called to the fire shortly after 12:30 a.m. to the report of a vacant residence fire. There was heavy fire showing when crews arrived, according to the report.
Fire officials said a civilian medic suffered a minor injury after being hit by a piece of debris. The medic was taken to a local hospital for treatment.
