WASHINGTON — A man who stole an ambulance in July while under the influence of PCP pleaded guilty in D.C. Superior Court Tuesday.
DCist.com reported that Darren Etheredge admitted to stealing the ambulance and drove it for about seven blocks before he was arrested by police.
He was also admitted to a Septeber crime where he assaulted a woman and two police officers while high on PCP, according to the report.
Etheredge waived his right to trial as part of a plea agreement and he will be sentenced on February 14, according to the report.
