Woman punched the EMT because she believed he was being mean, police said

YORK, Pa. — A Dillsburg woman is charged with aggravated assault after Harrisburg City Police say she allegedly punched an EMT in his groin.

Police were dispatched to Harrisburg Hospital about 3:25 a.m. Sunday to take a report from a Life Team EMT who told police Charissa Brown, 24, of Dillsburg punched him in the groin.

The 44-year-old EMT told police he was tending to Brown, who had been involved in a crash, when the alleged assault occurred, police said.

Brown punched the EMT because she believed he was being mean, police said.
