Murfreesboro Post

MURFREESBORO, Tenn. — A man who willingly took synthetic drugs despite the embarrassing side effects wound up causing a ruckus recently at College Grove Apartments when he jumped from a balcony to prove he was a god.

The incident occurred Sept. 28 at about 5:30 p.m. in the 1500 block of Lascassas Pike, according to a Murfreesboro Police Department incident report filed by Officer Carl Wilkins, who had the unfortunate task of having to chase down the blood-soaked, 24-year-old Georgia native.

“Upon arrival, I made contact with (the man), who was covered in blood,” Wilkins said in the report. “(The man) was stating strange utterances and had severe cuts (on his body,) and he got up and jumped off the second floor balcony.”
