How collaborative is your organization, really?
In today’s public safety and healthcare environments, EMS and fire agencies must be willing to collaborate – with neighboring jurisdictions, municipal partners, health systems and others. Keeping communities safe requires a multi-disciplinary approach, with organizations working together to prevent, prepare for and mitigate everything from an individual’s medical needs to major disasters. This Fitch & Associates assessment focuses on three key areas: collaboration, regionalization and communication.
