AUSTIN, Texas — A judge has ordered a former EMT charged with intoxication manslaughter to undergo alcohol counseling.
Terri Elmore, 42, was involved in a 2011 crash that killed Pastor Jackson Boyett and his wife Barbara.
Elmore was in court Thursday while the judge told her she must start counseling sessions. Her bond was revoked earlier this week after the interlock system on her vehicle tested alcohol five times over an 11-month period.
