AUSTIN, Texas — Former Emergency Medical Technician Terri Elmore is back in jail after her probation officer says she violated conditions of her supervised release.
KVUE News has learned Elmore violated a condition of her probation that restricted use of alcohol. During a 12-month period the interlock device on her car registered five uses of alcohol.
Travis County prosecutors filed a felony complaint of Intoxication Manslaughter against Elmore earlier this month. Elmore’s attorney says mouthwash is to blame for his clients arrest. He says her interlock device tested positive for alcohol 5-separate times since June of last year, the most recent in May.
