BIRMINGHAM, England — Two men freed an ambulance that was trapped in snow after a call for help was posted on Twitter.
Birmingham Mail reported that the paramedics became trapped inside the ambulance, and a local community Twitter account, B31 Voices, posted an image of the scene, asking for someone to “bring a shovel.”
Two neighbors answered the call and cleared a path for the ambulance so the paramedics could get the patient inside.
West Midlands Ambulance Service thanked the men in a tweet and said the patient is doing well.
