LANCASTER COUNTY, Neb. — A man, who was driving an ambulance and impersonating an EMT, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance.
WNEM.com reported that Levi Weinthraub, originally from Kalamazoo, Michigan, was pulled over Oct. 2 by Lancaster sheriffs for speeding and following too closely. Upon inspection, sheriffs found that there was no medical equipment inside the ambulance and that Weinthraub was not an EMT. It was later determined that he was using the rig to travel to festivals to sell drugs.
Inside the ambulance, sheriffs found cocaine, MDMA powder, meth, LSD, amphetamine pills, Ketamine, psychedelic mushrooms and several packets of unidentified powders.
Weinthraub was charged with six counts of possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver, according to the report.
