A former Robertson County employee could face criminal charges involving the misappropriation of funds while he was in charge of ordering supplies for the Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Department.
Jennifer Johnson, spokeswoman for the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI), this week, confirmed that officials were investigating the allegations.
According to Jackie Wilkerson, director of EMS, the employee, Don Horton, worked in his department for about eight or nine years.
