HUNLOCK CREEK, Pa. — Medics say a Pennsylvania man rushing home after his daughter suffered a seizure struck the ambulance carrying the girl, injuring several people.

Ambulance company volunteers say the man crashed nearly head-on into the emergency vehicle Friday night in northeastern Pennsylvania.

Hunlock Creek Volunteer Ambulance Chief Jerry Price tells WNEP-TV that the girl wasn’t hurt in the crash.

But her father, a passenger in his car, the ambulance driver and an emergency medical technician had to be taken to a hospital.

Emergency officials say the ambulance driver and EMT were released from the hospital.

The condition of the girl, her father and his passenger were unavailable.
