PRINCE GEORGES COUNTY, Md. — Six Prince George’s County Fire Department firefighters were injured when a fire truck overturned late Sunday night, WTOP News reported.
In a Facebook post, PGFD reported firefighters were on scene of a structure fire just before 11 p.m. when a “fire apparatus accident” on College Park station fire truck 812 caused the truck to overturn.
All six firefighters onboard were transported to hospitals with minor injuries, PGFD said in a statement Monday morning. No other vehicles were involved in the incident, officials said.
