On this episode of Inside EMS, co-hosts Chris Cebollero and Kelly Grayson debate the use of ultrasound use in the field, with each coming from a different point of view.

While the use of ultrasound at the point of care is expanding, Cebollero contends it is an unnecessary practice, stating, "[It] does not change the way I do my job as a paramedic, and only wastes time.” Kelly counters the same was said about end-tidal CO2 (EtCO2).

The hosts also send out best wishes to Toni, a paramedic that was overcome with fumes on a call and is having a rough recovery.
