Police investigate missing drugs from Ohio fire, EMS agency

Authorities have not named a suspect at this time and officials said it is not clear how anyone gained access to the narcotics

CLARK COUNTY, Ohio — The Clark County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a theft of several types of narcotics from the Mad River Twp. Fire & EMS building over the weekend.

A sheriff’s office report says the theft involved several doses of different narcotics that can be found in medic bags.

The report says the crime happened sometime between 12:37 a.m. and 7:34 a.m. on July 5.

No suspect is listed in the report, nor is it clear how someone gained access to the narcotics.

The crime is still under investigation.
