Texas woman dead after ambulance collision

Jennifer Doughtery died after she crossed the centerline with her car and crashed head-on into an ambulance

YANTIS, Texas — A woman died after crashing her car into a Texas ambulance and injuring a first responder.

Police identified the driver as Jennifer Doughtery, 44, who died after she crossed the centerline and crashed into an ambulance heading in the opposite direction, East Texas Matters reported. 

Erica Lynn Blalock was driving the ambulance and was treated at a local hospital.
