MESA, Ariz. — A Mesa, Ariz., tot called 911 to order a Happy Meal from McDonald’s on Sunday, cops said.

The officer dispatched after the call hooked up Charlie, 5, with a meal from the Golden Arches, according to the Mesa Police Department.

Officer Scott Valdez also offered some advice on when to call in an emergency, Mesa police said.

The dispatcher who fielded the call, Anthony Bonilla, told the boy’s father in a follow-up call that the not-so-emergency ring “kinda made my day,” according to the Arizona Republic.

The department said it doesn’t frequently field fast food requests but does receive calls from kids from time to time, according to the Republic.
