Officials accepting panelist applications for EMS Agenda 2050

The panel will help draft the new agenda and gather important input from the EMS community and public

WASHINGTON — The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration Office of EMS is accepting panelist applications until Jan. 30 to help develop the EMS Agenda 2050.

The Technical Expert Panel, comprised of members from diverse professional backgrounds, will be selected to steer the project, lead the drafting of the new agenda and gather important input from the EMS community and the public.

A detailed description of the roles and responsibilities of panel members is available online.

Applicants must submit the following:

  • A current resume or cover letter.
  • At least one, and up to three letters of recommendation.
  • A personal statement describing the applicant’s qualifications, expertise and experience (500 to 800 words).
  • A description of how the applicant would contribute to the development of a panel that meets the characteristics described in the TEP description (400 to 600 words).
