EMMAUS, Pa. — A female patient is accused of attacking a paramedic in the back of an ambulance on the way to a hospital.
As an Emmaus Ambulance Corps paramedic was treating Catherine E. Blank, 37, she allegedly grabbed his shirt and began punching him repeatedly in the face, police told LehighValleyLive.com.
The medic reported the incident, and she has been charged with aggravated assault, simple assault, harassment and disorderly conduct. She was sent to Lehigh County Jail in lieu of $50,000 bail.
