Off-duty EMT pulls woman from bottom of hotel pool
He performed CPR until firefighters arrived; she was listed in critical condition
BEDFORD, Mass. — An off-duty EMT rescued a woman found at the bottom of a hotel pool Sunday night.
He was a guest at the DoubleTree Boston-Bedford Glen hotel, when he saw her around 7:45 p.m., pulled her out, and performed CPR until firefighters arrived, the Boston Globe reports.
The 40-year-old woman was also a hotel guest, and was in critical condition Sunday evening.
Police are investigating how she got to the bottom of the pool.
