MERSEYSIDE, England — With Mardi Gras quickly approaching, the New Orleans EMS bike team is prepared for on-the-go emergencies, thanks to customized bike panniers from Openhouse Products.
In a Facebook post, the NOEMS Foundation thanked the company for providing their agency with the new panniers.
“Amazing new bike panniers for the NOEMS Bike Team!” the post read. “Thank you NOEMS for all that you do and the many hours spent working as this Mardi Gras season approaches. We are looking forward to seeing these new panniers in action during this Mardi Gras season. “Thank you to Openhouse Products for the manufacturing of the amazing bike panniers.”
The panniers are water resistant and are able to carry a variety of medical equipment, including an oxygen cylinder. Reflective markings on the panniers ensure riders will be seen by motorists.

- Webbings and clear cover to hold and protect PFD lights
- Fasteners with side release clips
