SALT LAKE CITY — A group of bystanders flipped a submerged SUV, rescuing three teens after it crashed through a fence and into a river.
The driver was speeding when he lost control and crashed, CBS 6 reports
One witness heard a loud boom, while others saw the rescue effort and joined in to help overturn the upside down vehicle.
The group managed to free two of the teens, while the driver remained pinned until firefighters could rescue him.
The teens were last reported to be in stable condition.
