WASHINGTON — On a day known for EMS advocacy, EMS on the Hill Day, the NAEMT presented its awards for Advocate of the Year.
The winners include Suzanne Prentiss, who was New Hampshire’s first female chief of EMS at the Department of Safety and has served in the New Hampshire Senate. Her daughter Phoebe accepted the award on her behalf.
Veteran EMT and lieutenant who has served in many roles, Michael E. Pollock, was there to receive his award (at left).
And so was Steven Kroll, EMT, MHA and executive director and volunteer chief of Delmar-Bethlehem EMS.
