BLOUNTVILLE, Tenn. — The medical license of a Sullivan County EMT-IV who pleaded guilty to attempted prescription fraud and improperly administered epinephrine to a friend has had his license revoked after failing to comply with a Sept. 28, 2011, board order.

The Tennessee Department of Health’s latest disciplinary action report, issued Friday, states the Emergency Medical Services Board has revoked the license of Robert Chad Barker, Kingsport.

A June 26 board order attributes the revocation to Barker’s failure to comply with a September 2011 board order that required him to undergo a Tennessee Board of Professional Assistance evaluation.
