GORMAN, Calif. — Two people were killed and nine were injured in a Tuesday morning collision on a southbound stretch of a Los Angeles highway.

At least three cars were involved in the crash on the southbound Interstate 5 in Gorman, according to the Associated Press.

Los Angeles County fire officials said four people were airlifted to hospitals in critical condition and five others, including a child, sustained minor injuries.
