NEW YORK — An FDNY EMT died Saturday night in a hit and run crash after he was struck while driving his motorcycle, according to police.
NBC New York reported that Kevin Laing, 27, was riding his motorcycle on the Kosciusko Bridge when he was hit. Police said he lost control and fell to the pavement, and the vehicle fled the scene.
Laing was transported to the hospital, where he died from his injuries. He was a member of FDNY for three years.
The incident is currently under investigation.
