LOUISVILLE, Ky. — A man was accused of taking possession of an ambulance and locking EMTs assigned to the vehicle out of it Sunday morning.
WAVE3 reported that the EMTs told officers they saw Roshawn G. Trammel, 18, take control of the ambulance just after 1:00 a.m. They stood in front of the vehicle until police arrived on the scene and arrested Trammel, according to the report.
The arresting officer said Trammel may be a flight risk because he stated several times that he was trying to get to Canada, according to the report.
