TUCSON, Ariz. — Citizens in Tucson are rallying around two AMR paramedics who were seriously injured in a crash with a wrong-way driver on Jan. 23.

AMR Arizona and community members held a show of support outside Banner University Medical Center, KOLD reported.
“We are here to help support them, lift up their spirits,” Shyla Wadley told KOLD. “Lift up the morale. We know everyone is hurting right now. We just want to make sure they know we are here.”
The latest update on the condition of the paramedics is that one is being treated for critical injuries and the other for minor injuries.
