A Robinson woman accused in a December drunken driving crash in Indiana County was additionally charged Wednesday with punching the paramedic who helped her at the scene.
Police said Tracey Busch, 47, punched Jared Scanlon, 22, of Johnstown, in the face while he was treating her for the broken back she suffered in the crash. The Dec. 6 crash occurred near Power Plant Road in East Wheatfield.
Ms. Busch was charged with aggravated assault yesterday. She previously had been charged with driving under the influence.
