If it were up to Martha Corbin, she’d be back at her job as an emergency medical technician today.
Corbin, who was beaten by two young men trying to find morphine in her ambulance early Monday morning, stood before media and staff at the Bullitt County EMS office in Shepherdsville, speaking out about the ordeal and reassuring people that she would return to work.
“It’s pretty sad when you’re here to do a job, to serve the community, and this happens,” Corbin said today. ...
