TULSA, Okla. — Three people were injured in a rollover ambulance crash on Monday.
Oklahoma Highway Patrol officials said the ambulance hydroplaned, went off the road and rolled over an unknown number of times, according to FOX 23.
The person who was driving the ambulance, John Anders, 32, and two other people in the ambulance — Robbie Monroe, 68, and Landon Carpenter, 28 — were transported to the hospital and are in stable condition with unknown injuries. Authorities did not say whether the ambulance passengers were EMS employees or patients.
Airbags did not deploy inside the ambulance and Monroe and Carpenter were not restrained with seatbelts at the time of the crash, authorities said.
