OKLAHOMA CITY — Police have released bodycam footage of officers chasing a woman who allegedly stole an ambulance over the weekend.

KFOR reported that officials released video footage of police following Erica Toledo, 22, after she allegedly stole an EMSA ambulance from outside an emergency room.

Police were able to locate the vehicle due to the GPS system on the rig but were forced to use stop sticks to make Toledo exit the vehicle.

Officers on the video can be heard telling the suspect to show her hands and put them in the air.

EMSA plans to conduct an internal investigation and further train employees on policies.
