SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY, Calif. — San Bernardino County first responders faced a vehicle crash approximately 150 feet down an embankment in the Cajon Pass.
One patient was extricated from the vehicle and air-hoisted by a San Bernardino County Sheriff Air Rescue helicopter. A rope rescue operation brought a second patient up to the roadway.
