MURRAY, Utah — Paramedic Jeff Griffith not only does what he is asked but uses his vacation time to serve others.

Griffith, a member of Murray Fire Department’s Station 83, wins this week’s High 5. Every year for nine years, he has used a week of his vacation time to help children with muscular dystrophy at a camp.

“It’s the greatest place in the world,” he said of the camp for kids ages 6 - 17. “The kid normally in the back, now they’re the kid in the front,” Griffith said.
