MARTIN COUNTY, Ind. — A jury has found an EMT not guilty after accusations he injured a patient during a transport.
Matthew Ray Copeland was charged in 2022 with official misconduct, intimidation and battery. He turned himself into the Martin County Jail at the time of the accusation.
In September 2024, a jury found Copeland not guilty on all charges.
