Biker hit by car in front of building full of paramedics

Paramedics were taking part in a fundraiser just a few feet away

DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa. — Police in Dauphin County are investigating a major trauma accident where a man on a bicycle was hit by a car.

There’s an interesting twist to the story, paramedics were able to respond not in minutes, but in just a few seconds! Even though this looked like a horrible accident, the man who was hit on his bike, couldn’t have been at a better place because McDonalds was packed with paramedics.

John Logan, who’s the director of operations for Life Team, says there were many first responders inside, taking part in a fundraiser. The restaurant sits just a few feet away from the crash site at Paxton and 29th Streets.
