Hazmat crews and a bomb squad were on the scene at the ER working with officials to determine if a device found in an ambulance was a threat. Around 6:30 a.m., officials were able clear the scene and determine the device found was not a threat.

The incident did not disrupt the ER at the hospital, officials said. Officials are still investigating who put the object in the ambulance and how long it was there.
