Braun Ambulances showcased their “smart ambulance” technology, which was released in late 2017, at EMS Today.
MasterTech FleetConnect, made specifically for EMS vehicles, allows operators to have 24/7 remote support as well as diagnosis of vehicle issues remotely. Additionally, all ambulance units with MasterTech FleetConnect can be updated remotely.
Other features include real-time alerting of events based on customers’ configured parameters, real-time latitude and longitude tracking for live viewing and vehicle run playback, web dashboard for a complete view of fleet and more.
