HICKMAN COUNTY, Ky. — Three people who attacked a paramedic in Hickman County, Kentucky after he took pictures of a dead relative have been cleared of all charges.
Former Hickman County EMS worker John Snow testified that he took pictures to help with the investigation of the crash that killed Josh Smith.
At the time, Snow was already under scrutiny after it was revealed he had a website that contained the photos of dead accident victims.
