NEW YORK - Out of thousands of companies, Inc. Magazine named First Due one of the best workplaces in 2023. First Due brings all of fire & EMS’s most crucial software functions into a single platform to curb inefficiencies and eliminate risks for First Responders and their communities.

First Due’s passion for public safety agencies also extends to its employees. “At First Due, we invest in our employees and recognize that without them, we could not continue to grow and succeed as we have. First Due’s incredible team drives our mission and values — to help fire and EMS agencies better serve their communities every day. We are honored to be recognized by Inc. Magazine as one of the best workplaces in 2023,” states Rachael Paul-Heinz, Director of People and Culture.

From thousands of submissions, Inc. Magazine selected 591 honorees this year. Each nominated company completed an employee survey by Quantum Workplace, which included questions about management effectiveness, perks, fostering employee growth, and overall company culture.

Inc. Magazine’s editor-in-chief Scott Omelianuk states, “Being named to Best Workplaces is an honor that only a small fraction of companies have been able to claim.”

Looking forward, First Due plans to develop its diversified team to help accomplish its central mission of building better software for fire & EMS. “We’ve worked hard to attract top talent from across fire, EMS and software industries to create a collaborative environment where people thrive,” comments Andreas Huber, CEO, “With these unique perspectives coming together, our product and service stand out in ways our customers haven’t seen before.”
