LAKEVILLE, Minn. — ImageTrend, Inc. congratulates Epidemiologist Morgan Anderson, MPH, on being named as an EMS10 Innovator for 2018. The award recognizes 10 industry influencers who have introduced significant innovations in EMS in the past year.
Anderson was nominated for her role at ImageTrend in leading the CrewCare project, a multi-faceted initiative involving a mobile solution for gaining insight, both personally and industry-wide, into stress loads, reasons for burnout and mental health concerns in the emergency response community.
CrewCare is a free and confidential mobile app funded by ImageTrend and specifically designed for any first responder.

Results from the CrewCare app are already being reported through presentations, articles, webinars, and will soon become peer-reviewed publications. The industry is gaining valuable insights into the unique stressors of a first responder’s daily life and exposures. Anderson is committed to making a positive impact to drive awareness and change on the mental health struggles of all first responders.
Morgan joined the ImageTrend team in January 2017 to aid in the research and analysis of healthcare data. She has a key role in the expansion of Continuum®, the company’s solution for getting information to stakeholders when and where they want it without having to build reports. In addition to providing guidance for product development, Anderson has been active in authoring articles that have been published in the Journal of Emergency Medical Services (JEMS) and working with ImageTrend clients in research projects.
