All proceeds will go to the Janice Keen Livingston Memorial Park, which will be built to honor public safety providers who lost their lives helping others

JOHNSTOWN, Pa. — More than 200 motorcyclists took part in a ride Saturday to benefit a fallen paramedic.

For 12 years, Medstar employees have boarded their motorcycles to ride for those in need, providing assistance to firefighters, police officers and EMS workers or their families. This year they were riding in memory of one of their own: Janice Keen Livingston, who was killed in the line of duty while assisting at the scene of an accident in Upper Yoder Yownship in March.

All proceeds from the ride will go directly to the Janice Keen Livingston Memorial Park, which is planned in the West End of Johnstown to honor those who have dedicated their lives to the service of the fire or police departments or EMS.
