NORTH SYRACUSE, N.Y. —The large gathering of sheriff’s deputies was notable to people passing through North Syracuseon Sunday morning.
One driver who approached a road block on S. Main St. told NewsChannel 9 that he was asked to leave quickly.
Emergency crews remained stationed nearby...an ambulance waiting for a patient.
