MORGANTON, N.C. — An emergency room in North Carolina came to a halt when the hospital’s sprinkler system was set off on purpose.
Doctors and nurses were forced to move patients after 20-year-old Kathy Milligan set off the sprinklers.
Police say Milligan became frustrated after waiting an hour and a half so a friend could receive treatment.
