Todd Hatley’'s background includes clinical practice in rural, urban and air medical environments as well as healthcare training, performance improvement and administrative positions. His formal education includes an Associates degree in Emergency Medical Services (EMS), a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, and dual Masters degrees in Business Administration and Healthcare Administration. Todd is frequently requested to speak at conferences such as the Amercian Ambulance Association’'s Annual Conference and many others across the country.
On August 27th at 2 pm Eastern Time, Todd will present his popular presentation, Error Proofing Your EMS Service, which he presented at the Amercian Ambulance Association’'s Annual Conference in Las Vegas in 2007. Ortivus will be hosting the webinar presentation and offering it free of charge to the EMS industry.
