It is estimated that over 195,000 deaths each year are the result of medical errors. Unfortunately, there is little data to reflect the number of errors that take place in the out-of-hospital care environment. In this session, Todd will present a new error proofing model that integrates the three most important error proofing task:

* Identifying potential causes of errors
* Generation of potential solutions
* Prioritization and selection of error proofing solutions

Ortivus prides itself in being a partner, not just a software supplier, to their customers.
