Medical billing company works to create jobs in US

Fellow Health Partners strategically grew their business after listening to the majority of healthcare staff, who said they’d prefer a U.S. based billing manager

GREAT RIVER, N.Y. — A medical billing company listened to healthcare personnel and worked to expand their business by creating jobs in the US.

Fellow Health Partners, a medical billing solutions company, went against the trend of off-shore customer service to establish a call center in the United States after 99 percent of physicians and billing administrators said they’d prefer to interact with a U.S.-based vendor.

“Creating jobs in America is the right thing to do because it helps people support their families, keeping our neighborhoods strong. It’s also the right thing to do for our customers,” Fellow Health Partners CEO Michael Brown said.

Brown added that US-based customer service is a “competitive advantage and point of distinction.”

“We are hiring locally, bringing jobs to New York State and meeting the doctors’ needs by offering American-based managers and billing experts, which reduces misunderstanding and miscommunication for everyone,” he said.
