1. What was the inspiration behind starting your company?

Forty-five years ago, three Canadian entrepreneurs were keen on proving to the world that they could build a better ambulance by focusing on safety, innovation and durability. Crestline Coach Ltd. was officially established as a business in 1975, in a small prairie community (Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada), and this is where Crestline’s manufacturing plant and head office remain today.

2. What is your signature product and how does it work?

The Crestline CCL 150 is Crestline’s U.S. signature product line. The ambulance is built to last with increased reliability, backed by an industry leading Lifetime Paint Warranty and Lifetime Structural Warranty, which in time contributes towards a lower cost of ownership. The ambulance features an all-aluminum extruded body complimented by all-aluminum cabinetry, offering 50.8 cu. ft. of exterior storage space. The ambulance interior, including all cabinetry, is coated with an antimicrobial agent known as CrestClean, which prevents and protects surfaces from growth of bacteria and destructive organisms. The ambulance design supports efficient workflow and ergonomics for EMS professionals and patients. Both EMS professionals and fleet operators will appreciate standardization amongst numerous systems within the ambulance because the familiar environment promotes ease of adoption and transition for a new product into an existing fleet.

Information on the product line is available at CCL150.com.

3. Why do you believe your products are essential to the EMS/Hospital community?

In today’s ambulance market, EMS and hospital providers are faced with too many considerations when purchasing a new fleet of ambulances. Safety of the crew, product durability and affordable pricing are often top priority for the average fleet, but when quality is unaffordable, EMS professionals are pressured to choose between these necessary elements, until now…

Crestline is providing a sigh of relief for many EMS professionals with its brand-new line of ambulances, the CCL 150. Loaded with standard features, and fully compliant with the latest safety standards, the CCL 150 provides the confidence required by EMS providers to keep crew and patients safe, all at an affordable purchase price.

4. What makes your company unique / What do your customers like best about you and your products?

In 2018, Crestline joined Demers Ambulances and Braun Industries, now the second largest ambulance manufacturing organization in North America, with more than 150 years of combined history in serving emergency response worldwide. All three companies have a rich history and focus on family values in customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

While the three brands remain distinct with their own identities, facilities and employees, there is synergy in culture, and a commitment to continuous improvement and quality products. Product enhancements, value and customer service are key drivers for the partnership, and the trio continues to leverage their collective knowledge and resources for greater scale in innovation and growth.

Crestline brand customers particularly appreciate the durability and value of its products. The product line was developed by Crestline’s innovative team of engineers to serve as an industry workhorse. Loaded with standard features, and fully compliant with the latest safety standards, the CCL 150 U.S. product line provides the confidence required by EMS providers to keep crew and patients safe, all at an affordable purchase price.
