SAN DIEGO — One person was injured after an ambulance and trolley collided Friday morning.

EMS personnel were responding to a call and had ambulance lights and sirens activated, NBC reported. According to police, the driver of the ambulance did not see a trolley approaching, but when the driver looked a second time, the trolley was present.
