CONCORD, N.H. — A man accused of taking an ambulance on a joyride through the Lakes Region will be placed under house arrest.
The father of 26-year-old Stephen Cummings said his son snapped before Christmas.
Cummings’ family took him to Lakes Region General Hospital, where, police said, he stole the ambulance and drove to Loudon, N.H.
