Police: ND woman arrested after spitting on EMT, kicking nurse

BISMARCK, N.D. — A North Dakota woman has been arrested for allegedly spitting on an EMT and kicking a nurse on Wednesday night.

Police say Hope Oller, 24, told officers she had injected heroin and was being transported to the hospital when she spat in the face of an EMT, according to KFYR.

Officials say Oller also kicked a nurse in the face during her arrest.

According to detention center records, Oller has been charged with one count of assault and two counts of contact by bodily fluids – one alleging she intentionally spit on the EMT and the other alleging she recklessly exposed a police officer to bodily fluids.
